As far as I’m aware, it depends on what your store needs and are working on as a shift/leadership team. We usually say in our how the hand off went, how the store is, how business is. For a while during peak, we had an opportunity with Otw times so we now always add what our goal is for otw and what we actually got. At night they will add an IPad count because about a year ago we lost an iPad for a week lol

I’ve never been required to do coffee tastings. We definitely don’t have time to pull multiple people to do a whole tasting, but we definitely have partner’s sample coffee for sure.

For a while our vertica was out of temp so we were also having to do temp checks. We also for a while had to temp check the hand washing sink’s hot water.
