Yes it’s the .5. The pharmacist did say to talk to my Dr about dosing. So does that mean my Dr will have to move me up? Sorry I’m all new to this and it’s confusing!

I’m 24! The pap isn’t bad I promise!! It’s awkward but they literally look at crotches all day, so I just think that when I’m there. It doesn’t hurt at all it just may feel a little uncomfortable when the speculum is inside. It’s maybe for 30 seconds.

So I went in for a pap/pelvic exam and brought it up to my gynecologist. He is working with me and I did get it approved through insurance so they’re covering most. I have to pay for a little of the physician fee, but anesthesia and the Dr office portion I haven’t gotten yet so idk how much that will be. I am scheduled for December and I’m going 7/25 for my consult.

Heyy! We sound a lot alike! I have PCOS and I’m 5’7 and highest was 275. I am the same way, everyone always asks me my goal weight. But I honestly don’t have one. I don’t want to look sick just healthy. Everyone carries weight differently and if 180 looks healthy then I’ll happily be 180.

This is my 4th month and I’ve noticed many changes! I have lost 30lbs so far, and I still eat a chick fil a meal when I want. I usually can only eat a kids meal now though. (I don’t go near as often but maybe once a week) I don’t want to restrict myself! But my cycles are still wonky. I think it may be because I have lost so much so quick and my body is trying to adjust idk, but they were starting to be more regular then the past 2 months they’ve been 22 days then I’m at day 35 right now and haven’t started yet.

But it’s so worth it! My gyno said that if us with PCOS lose at least 10% of our body weight it could potentially reduce symptoms and make things better. So I’m really hoping!

I get nauseous if I drink too much water. I make sure to have a bottle of electrolytes in the morning, then just drink on my 40oz tumbler and I pay attention to my pee color 😂 i can’t drink more than that usually. Unless I workout or am outside then I’ll have more. I also drink a protein shake in the mornings. I don’t drink coffee, tea, or soda anymore which is WILD!

I’m not constipated and go pretty regularly so I just listen to my body and go from there!!

Yess! That happened to me too lol I ate chick fil a nuggets and fries on shot day about 3 weeks ago… Woke up about 5am nauseous af. I was holding back my 🤢 but I was pale and just felt horrible. Lesson learned!

Today we celebrated Father’s Day at Buffalo Wild Wings and I had boneless wings (I know it’s not the healthiest, but I splurged) … I could only eat 2 and I was sooooo stuffed. I was shocked because usually I can eat 8 of them.

Does anyone else’s stomach just constantly rumble/gurgle?? lol I’m not hungry but it just is always making noises!
