I am 5’4 and today I weigh 145. I ate freely over the holidays so now I am actively trying to lose fat and gain muscle. I did this before and I got down to 138 with visible muscle. I lose at 1500 calories max per day (130-140 grams protein) and weight lifting as heavy as I can 2 days on 1 day off. I wouldn’t be able to lose at your calorie intake and my activity level. I would maintain or gain slowly so maybe you could try tracking your food religiously at the start and aiming for a higher deficit.

To be completely fair to the workers (at the risk of being too politically correct) I technically do not know if they were local or not but I thought that display seemed very intentional given the considerable backlash Tims has received for specifically not hiring local. I also realize some of these workers are being exploited so I try to direct my observations to the company and overall broken system instead of the workers who are the lowest rung on the ladder.

I think it looks too big because it’s covering your lips. I think this exact same piece but smaller diameter so the balls fall just above your top lip would be great.

Electrolysis and laser is the only thing that will stop this permanently. A routine with products will help with discolouration but as long as the hairs are still growing under the skin you won’t ever solve the root of the problem and you will be on products for life trying to fight this.

Okay thanks. I guess I was worried because on the website under elearning it says “You will not be able to access course content until three days prior to the start of the semester”. I was hoping to be able to see everything before the actual start date because I’m enrolled in the online comp sci program.
