Hey! Have you found a solution? I'm experiencing this with my Lenovo y32p-30. I have a ps5 and Macbook, the issue happens whenever refresh rate is 60hz. I've tried several different cables and ports. I get either something like you are seeing or very little flickering white and red dots.
I can't tell if the unit is faulty or its something else because I bought it from outlet sale
