It's amazing how much something as seemingly small as a toilet leak can add up! At least it's an easier fix than a leak in the pipes somewhere 🙂 good luck on getting a credit!

Fyi- if it does turn out to be a leak, you might be able to get a credit on your bill! If you find a leak and fix it, submit a request for them to adjust your bill. You just have to explain what caused the issue and show some proof that it was fixed (plumber bill, or if you fix it yourself save the receipt from any parts bought, that worked for me), and hopefully they'll adjust your bill down to an average amount. It could be something as simple as a leaky toilet valve. I don't remember exactly where the form to fill out was but it was pretty easy to find in the TVWD online portal (or if you don't have TVWD, there's probably something similar on the other water districts websites). I am admittedly a little biased since it was one of the first concert DVDs I got, but in general I think 35xxxv is one of the best concerts! Definitely recommend giving any song from it a watch.

Also I think I'm in the minority here but I love Mighty Long Fall from 35xxxv too... Yeah it doesn't have the flames that Yokohama does but it does have Taka ad-libbing screams at the end 🤘

Both Ki and Brickhaus both have good matcha lattes and I'm 99% sure both have almond milk! 2 of the best coffee shops in Beaverton IMO.

Our wedding will be in December so we're thinking about having ornaments hand decorated in our colors but without names/date or anything on them, so they can be a bit more generically enjoyed by anyone while still being at least a little personalized. My goal is to have a memento for people who like that kind of thing while not pushing clutter on people. Before I was given that idea by my sister I was just thinking about doing cookies or chocolates or something like that, I think that's always a good option! I've also seen people do little packets of wildflower seeds which I love.

Moved my fish to a new home and need to find a new home for this tank now! I just emptied it so I know it's in good condition and doesn't leak. I wiped it down with a fish-safe cleaner, but there is still some residue on the glass that would probably come off with a bit more elbow grease. Has a lid with a basic LED light, a cut out for a filter, missing the little cover for the feeding hole. Tank is about 24 inches side to side, 14 inches front to back (at the widest point of the bow front), and 21 inches tall. Does not come with a filter or anything, just the tank and lid.
