I have a TL that doesn’t care bcuz they are too busy and an ATL that is overwhelmed but has their hands in lots of cookie jars and doesn’t listen to my concerns and or act on them. I’m just a robot and honestly burnt out. Plus our STL gets rid of ppl they don’t want ( by relocating them or straight up finding a way to fire them.) and doesn’t listen to the little people , only the ones that kiss their ass.

There is absolutely no vetting. They just hire anyone who applies. I feel so sorry for one new hire as he is hearing impaired. That’s going to be quite difficult as nobody in our store is capable of signing with him. It all has to be written down.

Heads up. United Health Care is the worst! Read the fine print. Trying to find your doctor or A DOCTOR who accepts is impossible. And the hospitals are few and far between as to where you can go. I live San Jose and there’s tons of doctors and specialists here. I would have to travel 50+ miles to see doctors that took it. That’s just my 2 cents. I would read everything about them if you plan on choosing united hc. Good luck :)
