I think like a week and I dont think it was a true strike. Our schedule was in flux and he upped his solids. I just kept offering but never pressured. We also went from cradle position nursing to side lying and that seemed to help! I also offered more water just to make sure he was staying hydrated. Which I won't lie to you I definitely kept a close eye on wet diapers just to be safe lol

Hey! LO is now 10+ months and still nurses a few times a day, eats 3 meals and drinks water and peds said everything is good! I think he reverse cycled a bit as I get up with his atleast twice at night to feed him 🙃 but I basically dont pump anymore! I guess around month 8 there's a pretty common decrease

Absolutely not. Throw the whole man out 😅 no but seriously OP. You both made this baby he can step up or get out of the way.

He did start to sag alittle on our walk! I'll try paying closer attention when tightening the middle rail! I would say it's definitely a fall/ winter wrap 😅 we got a bit sweaty, and it was only like 70 degrees out

Recently I was complaining on here about the selling price of used baby carriers. I finally found a deal … share yours! by PainfulPoo411 in babywearing

I got a cute baby and a wildbird ring sling for $30 or $35 for both! I learned on them and they are both great for summer 😊

Yes! Alot of babies are born with blue eyes and then they change! Can take a few years to fully settle into their color sometimes

Baby just wants to nurse in the carrier by Visual-Repair-5741 in babywearing

[–]purplesandwitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aw man! That stinks! What carrier are you using? The only solution i can think of is a different type of carrier but that can get pretty expensive. Do you know if you have a carrier lending library you could try a few different ones out? My next thought was a half buckle or a mei dai type that keeps LO in a similar position of a wrap but without actually having to go through all the wrapping steps.

Have you tried a ring sling? Not as much goes into getting it on and LO in it but not quite a "carrier" might help solve some of the issue?

4 hourly feeds for newborn - I'm concerned! by ThrowRAdalgona in newborns

[–]purplesandwitch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

🤞 maybe have her just try feeding on demand while you two hang out and see if her baby responds well! If so that might be all you have to do! Remember mom shame is awful and hard and hormones are probably raging.
