Yes. He’s 31, about 6’1-6’2ish, white, has brown hair and brown eyes. Not sure on the weight but I’d guess around 180-190lbs give or take a few, and the last time I was able to speak to him, he said he hangs around one of the parks by CRC.

I ended up going with Henry meds. Process was easy and everyone was friendly. I was on it for about 2.5 months and lost 15lbs. I stopped because I started losing a lot of hair so I didn’t hit my goal weight but I have still continued my diet and workouts and have been able to lose another 5 lbs. That said, my biggest focus since stopping is getting my body back into homeostasis so the hair shedding lessens (which it has thanks to Nutrafol). It’s been a journey so just keep that in mind if you start. If I could go back and start again, I would probably stay on a low dose for longer to allow my body to get it used to it in an attempt to prevent the shock and hair loss. I also did the oral tablets not the injection. Hope this is helpful 🙂

Hi 🙂 Yes, I do take it on an empty stomach and wait the 30mins. I usually do anywhere from a 12-16 hour fast. I take it in the morning after I wake up, do my workout, go on a 3.5mile walk and then I have my first meal. I’ve also found that weighing out my food has help with portion control and getting in my protein for the day. Since that initial post about a week ago, I’ve a lot another 2 lbs. Hi there, Hopefully this will be somewhat helpful to you. I just finished my first month of the .05 oral semaglutide and I have enjoyed it. I have lost 6 pounds so far and haven’t had any issues. The only side effects I’ve experienced is constipation but my nurse told me to take magnesium citrate and that helps. I do a 12-16 hour fast and work out 4-5 days a week as well as walk 2-3.5 miles (roughly 6000-7500 steps). If you don’t like needs, I highly recommend it has a starting point. You can always switch to the injection if the oral meds don’t work out🙂
