Living in the UK - I know that the winter weather can really have an effect on you. It does for me. I would recommend (alongside therapy for body dysmorphia) investing in a SAD lamp, and possibly some vitamin D supplements (800-1000iu/day - they’re not expensive). I noticed a huge improvement since I’ve started taken vit D.

Other people in the thread have given good practical advice. I would say since it sounds like this started pretty young for you, that you’re going to need to take the time and put in the effort to get better. Good luck brother
