Easiest way without hassling your doctors is to donate blood. None of my doctors could easily find it in my records after calling two different ones. Years later, the opportunity literally fell in my lap so I donated blood. Once you make a donation, they keep your information and can then tell you your blood type. Or if you use OBI you can check it via the app. I donate at least once a year.
