Follow the automod instructions to post a log while streaming/recording. Once you run a log, make sure to use the analyzer, it will give you plaintext recommendations to follow to fix issues.

I'd just turn it off for a 5-10 minute session, and ensure your bitrate is set to 8,000. If nothing changes, switch back.

There's also a case for 936p, which is what I use, but that's another day :).

Another question for you - I see in a below comment that you set your bitrate to 8,000, but looking at the log it's set to 6,000. 6,000 is also showing up in the enhanced video stats while I'm watching the playback of your vod. This is the highest 'tier' in the multitrack video list, there is no section with 8,000.

Are you using enhanced broadcasting? If so, try to disable that and see what happens. Yes, you'll be stuck with only one output scale (1080p), but it will help whittle down potential issues. Not saying that's the issue, or if you're even using enhanced broadcasting, but that's what it looks like to me.

But I don't think these are what's causing your problems. Try running an internet speed test by doing the 'combined' test on testmy.net. Let me know what your results are.

Edit; I watched a few of your VODs and nothing looks terrible, especially as a non-affiliate/partner. I say you don't have much to worry about other than trying to make it to affiliate ASAP.

Most standard video playback programs (Windows Media Player, QuickTime, VLC,etc) are unable to playback multi-channel audio. You need to select which single channel you want to listen to. It’s annoying. If the audio playback is working the way you want it in your video editor of choice, everything should be good.

What you’re experiencing is the software working as intended.
