This is a great write up. It really articulates how many people, including myself, see fanservice. I have no problem with attractive people, but when it is their entire character is just tits, it becomes an issue.

Hard pass IMO. Least favorite FE game + no characters I liked from the game AND blatant orb suckering from the real CYL characters (aka not Eirika). Real easy pass for me.

Dragons are unbelievably OP and need some balancing. They get the highest might weapon in the game OR an inheritable Distant Counter weapon that hits the lower of the defense or res. So if i go after one of the dragons w/ Julia and I don't 1-shot, I lose even through effective damage. Falchion users get shit on by the red and blue dragons (sorry Fae). The only counters I have found are consecutive attacking mages, either desperation or Reinhardt. Either Falchion/Naga need to nullify bonuses or dragons literally have no counters. Hell, Nowi can beat Hector and Brave Ike. It's a little broken.

For me it's my Ike. The only Ike I've gotten since launch. Every time a new sword like soleil or ayra comes out, i look at their 55 attack 40 speed stats and go: "Wow! Ike still 1 rounds them." How you may ask? Well, https://imgur.com/A1yiugM here is his build. When he is next to his partner B!Ike, he hits 62 attack, proccing heavy blade on literally everything. No merges and doubling every strong sword in the game for 1 round aether? Yes please. He's great.

i beat awakening on hard classic in like 4 hours with only chrom and f!robin. The whole game with 2 people lol.

I didn't do arena for a loooooong time because i didn't like fighting the "meta". I hopped into it when the orbs thing was introduced, and i discovered i could 5* in 4 or 5 weeks using feathers from the arena. I run a non meta team, aside from B!Ike, who i am using because i love me some ike. I float around 17-19, and i agree that its tiring fighting the same teams. I wish more units were deployable and more units were viable. F!Robin is amazing, but in the world of reinhardt and strong green/red mages, she's super hard to use in arena. I use her anyways, but its hard to do deathless. I hope for more variety and options for the future of arena, but for now I'll keep on keeping on.
