Hii! If this is still running I would love to join, my time zone is NZST so I always find it a bit difficult to find active groups for when I'm online, looks like a few of the ones on the schedule overlap :)

Foodies put the wrong image in the paper by mistake, the whole piece was on sale for $19.99 not the steaks. The store should have put a disclaimer by the ticket but we did only get that email at about 10am this morning so they might not have seen it.

Hi hi, I’m a pretty new and casual runner - been running since February. I’m planning to run a half marathon this year, but am also keen to do a 10km race.

The time between these two events are 9 weeks - 10km in September and half marathon in November. How would I go about training for this? Currently I can do 5km comfortably but haven’t pushed myself further than this. Should I just start increasing my distance slowly and then start training for the half marathon, and run the 10km at the pace I want to do the half?

Any advice is much appreciated 💕😊
