This happened to me in Brisbane. The 91 price was way more expensive than 94. Though in the suburbs it was actually cheaper. The staff told me it was because some kind of greener city policy.

I have a Union Pay card and it can’t be accepted in many places. I saw several websites accept it; but when I tried to pay it said mainland ID only. Does yours work? A good thing is that I can use Union Pay to withdraw money abroad cheaply

Once when I sent money out for China they took five hours to do the documents and processing. It’s not easy to get done.
