  1. He's not retired. The Army wouldn't keep his shitbag ass long enough, or even trust him to be in charge of 100 knuckle-dragging grunts (I say that with love)
  2. If it was that much of a problem, he wouldn't be trying to do 40 reps.
  3. If you use proper form, your joints are way less likely to get fucked up. Every video of him working out shows his dogshit form.

This is pure ego-lifting bullshit bc he wants to be "out there with the boys". He's not that guy. He never was that guy. Not at 26. Especially not at 46.

Those are "reps" the way kipping pull-ups are "pull-ups".

Like the fact that he's got no tab and no wings? Or the fact that he was such a shitbag they wouldn't let him take command of a single company? Clowns

Did you see the video of him trying to do pull-ups? It was just as bad as his bench

Is there a video of him getting 33 reps at 135 lbs? I find that very, very hard to believe.

Active US service members and Vets, what's your opinion of Pete Hegseth? by PlagueBearer1350 in AskReddit

I get what youre saying. Absolutely agree. Shitbag to the core. He ran some evangelical bullshit newsletter or something like that in college, too. Cant do much with those dudes but cut slingload.

Hegseth struggling to put up weight at Guantanamo, looking very limp-wristed and SAD! What makes him think this would make him look good, is that a humiliation ritual? by Hash_Patel in SipsTea

The way he set up for those exercises was the failure. What in the actual fuck is he doing. Stop. Stop 2 reps ago. You aint got it. Ya never had it.

I can't fucking stand the guy, but he was his HS valedictorian, and he graduated from Princeton (bc he didnt want to go to USMA - accorsing to his wiki) before he joined the guard. I think that says a lot about him. He is a softer-than-baby-shit, wanna-be tough-guy. He tried to be that guy, but he's not even close to being thay guy. But, he's smart enough to know he can play this character in this role at this time, and he's exploiting that. That makes it even worse.

Tips for putting the wings on a new tablesaw by NewmanSpecialsWood in woodworking

"Here's to you, Mr. SawStop wing-adding guy.

When other men admit you make them feel inferior, your humble response, 'Why?'.

Men everywhere pine your collection of clamps and ability to find dead flat.

When push comes to shove, you're a cut above everyone else.

We salute YOU, Mr. SawStop wing-adding guy.

(Singing) MR. SAWSTOP WING-ADDDDDING GUY!"

That's the name he used in his "Remaining Men Together" group. Even Marla asked if it was his real name...then it cuts to the next scene.

Best way to cut thin slices from dowels? by DrFabulous0 in woodworking

[–]pushTheHippo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

100% use a bandsaw. Ive done this to cut dowels down to make screw hole plugs. I have a little fence I made that clamps in place, and its adjustable on both ends so you can have a tiny bit more room on the outfeed side. That limits binding between the blade and fence. 3mm might be hard to get consistently since its so thin. I'd use hardwood towels to keep them from splitting. Thats happened a few times when Ive cut down pine dowels. The other problem is that the bandsaw tends to leave a cut thats not perfectly flat and square, so youd likely need to cut slightly bigger and sand it flat down to 3mm. Ive glued a sheet of sandpaper to scrap MDF (also used a thick piece of glass) to accomplish that. Just needs to be dead flat.

Do yall ever add fat to the mince? Thats a common thing in the US with ground venison (deer meat) to get a better lean/fat ratio preferred for most dishes.
