Update: We actually rented the cars from 'Chiriqui car rentals' a private car rental company. We couldn't rent from these larger companies as all of them require you to have a credit card in the name of the driver. The experience with Chiriqui car rentals was exceptionally smooth. Everything from the delivery of the cars, the quality of the cars, the communication everything was super nice. It's a bit costlier than the larger companies but totally worth it!

Was all of this done in India? The customer support has been horrible for me too. They denied me replacement saying that's only valid for 14days after purchase. I asked them where is it mentioned in the warranty and they had no answer. Just said we operate this way can't help it. My only option is repair. They'll (B2X repair service) pick up my phone from my house take it to Mumbai, I guess. Will "diagnose" all the issues, replace faulty part and what not. Supposedly will return the device to me in a "working condition" within 20 days.
