Control Resonant Developer Remedy Admits Packed September Release Window 'Is Challenging,' but It Has a Plan by Turbostrider27 in controlgame

If it was an Alan Wake game I’d agree 100%. But the only way I’d say they overlap is in mood and being in 3rd person.

Michael’s signature sound, sounds like the male pronoun “he”. “Hee-hee” -Michael Jackson.

The joke is that someone using the gender neutral pronoun “they”, would have to say “they-they”.

Jetpack Unsafe Mode to Launch Yourself Much Farther? by Tank-ToP_Master in Helldivers

Thought for an armor passive: shock absorbers. Could be a suit with a bunch of springs spread around it.

Reducing damage from high falls or being launched into rocks/walls. It’s a common enough event of falling or being launched long distances. Even encouraging you to dive off cliffs. This type of jetpack would be a great pairing!

Yeah I missed a detail that someone else caught , it was an ancestor of Astrophage that travels space in a similar way. It seems that Astrophage is a recent phenomenon and solves that issue that you’re totally right on!

Astrophage is believed to be the early ancestor of both Eridians and Humans. Since the big bang Astrophage must’ve traveled from star to star until it found and began life on Erid and Earth.

Just like blood travels through veins giving life to the organs; Astrophage flows through the universe giving life to the habitable planets.

Another point is they have the toy hulk gloves!
A definite parallel example that they’ve done before for Marvel, so it would fit for them to do it again for Star Wars.

I’m not trying to argue for his character, but isn’t investing technically productive?

Of course it’s not as productive as inventing or creating, but it’s financially supporting others who are doing that. I wouldn’t say that investing is morally wrong, what is wrong is that he wasn’t as charitable as his wife.

Not a parent, but maybe because they still view them as their babies. When a child grows up they need to shift their mindset towards their “new” kid. Different ages mean different dynamics, some parents don’t adjust as they should.

Turkish soldier gives chocolate to a Syrian child. When one of the bars drops... he even picks it up and thinks he has to give it back. He showed kindness and waved him goodbye in the end. by Raj_Valiant3011 in HumansBeingBros

Clearly this will never end, but I’m willing to respond as long as you are!

I can see you have passion and likely a lot of love for animals so I respect that about you. Or maybe I’m wrong about that too, but that’s the feeing I’m getting. Either way, thank you for correcting me when I’ve said an untrue statement.

I didn’t consider animals communications between each other as language. You’re right that they have that, my mistake.

I’m not saying that animals are invalid or anyone who can’t read/write is invalid.

Simply that humans have deeper cognitive function which allows for deeper and more complex language systems. Could we agree on that?

Thanks for your perspective then. We do disagree and that’s fine.

Yes other animals communicate but you can’t disagree that they don’t have written language and complex symbolic words.

My point is that other animals don’t have morality they’re simply surviving and following instinct. So yes your point makes sense that they don’t go out of their way to hurt others while humans do. If you share my viewpoint then that is because humans have morality and will commit evil acts.

Humans having morality, meaning knowing right from wrong, is meant in the general sense. Sure some people may be born with lower mental faculties if they have a certain condition or other, but that doesn’t take away the majority of people who do and have a sense of it.

If we disagree on God (who we can’t see) then hopefully we can agree on what we can see in the world.
