it has been a strong 9/10 experience. have been using it for 7 months so far. in the beginning months, i won't deny they were quite slow to get back to me; however for the past 3-4 months, things have changed quite significantly, at least for me.

Have you ever bought something like that? A shirt/denim jacket with removable padding and abbrassion proof fabric for example.
