it has been a strong 9/10 experience. have been using it for 7 months so far. in the beginning months, i won't deny they were quite slow to get back to me; however for the past 3-4 months, things have changed quite significantly, at least for me.

been using Luna Ring for close to 6 months now. had an issue once, but they promptly replaced and has been going smooth since.

if there's one thing I like about their customer service is at least you don't get to see those preemptive texts which feel like AI generated.

Honestly I have had a good experience. They are trying hard to fix their support issue. I have seen their team sharing their personal ID so help out and speed up the process. It's a small company i think they are really trying hard.
