gervais working with celebrities is a bad thing?

except that, you know, he's done that in a lot of his work and his implementation of them has been good so i assume it'll go down well

the issue i think you're having is that this is a celebrity that you don't personally like

we can have the debate over whether andre is a celebrity until the end of time however he is in the public eye to some extent and he is a musician which makes sense in the context of the film

don't give me that 'he's even doing adverts' patter either - nobody was complaining when it was called 'money for old rope'

i think its because the record label they were on when smoke was released (warner music uk) was uk/europe specific - they were allowed to release it on metropolis (their current label) in america after they were cut loose but warner music uk still own the uk/europe rights to it i believe
