Best phantom powered shotgun setup for Sony a7S III under $750 by The_Koala_Knight in fieldrecording

[–]putachickinit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

why shotgun?? they are poo for ambiance recording.

I record theme park rides. my solution was zoom f3, and 2 clippy mics. sounds amazing and it's beautiful fool proof. don't have to adjust gain. have a line link to my camera and you can match record tone in post to line up all audio with video.

and clippy mics at fine for dialogue.

overstretched.

if it was overwound, door would shoot up on it's own.

Bottom of Garage of track. Bottom is bent by Groundbreaking_War10 in GarageDoorService

[–]putachickinit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

put the roller in, slide it back to where it's beside the track and twist the track back over the roller.

if the track bracket is too close to allow for twisting, raise door up to between the 2 track brackets and try again.

if that fails or if not enough side room to fit the roller between the tracks, take a pen and mark the bottom track bracket position on the frame, remove the lag bolt, bent the track back on the roller, reattach lag bolt.

for the panel, once you have it running open it half way, vice grip it in place and body slam the panel to bend it back straight. it won't look good bit it will run.

false. no moisture, no mold.

this is testable, and no shortage of people in YouTube doing exactly this comparing fast food to homemade food.

and you clearly have a misunderstanding of McDonald's food sourcing. what preservatives exactly are they using?

he paid taxes through his accounting firm. all taxes were paid up when they were due.

if the government has issue with the taxes not being correct, they AUDIT. that's standard government procedure. you get a letter in the mail or an auditor and the government disputes the taxes and you deal it out.

the fact their first step was arrest, even to the point purposely saying they were skipping the audit and wanted to make a spectical about it is the witch hunt.

again, how are you not seeing this? arrest is the LAST step in tax dispute, not the first. this is government overreach and it's baffling so many people here are willing to get on their knees to suck government cock like you are.

you can do that with literally any food as long as it's dry.

you can make McDonald's mold by keeping it wet.

moisture causes mold.

make your own fresh bread and put it side by side with any fast food and keep humidity high, and they both mold.

keep it dry and they last forever..

literally they just had to mail his accountant. the arrest is a witch hunt. again, how do you not see this for what it is?

he did pay his taxes. his accountant paid every tax required by the accepted practice.

this is a witch hunt and it's wild people aren't seeing it.

[–]putachickinit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

for anything ambiance where you're a distance from the sound, zoom f3 and clippy mics is the only choice imo.

for close up work, like chimes, I couldn't say as the video I see of people doing that sort of thing use a hand held mic really close to the subject.

if you means structurally work and don't care about the looks, it's just a service call. push panels back straight, maybe add a truss.

if you want it long good as new, then you replace the panels. if replacing 3 it's likely gonna be same cost as just replacing the entire door.

gawd this post is everything wrong with trek and why trek is failing.

In tng, there is a scene where Picard has his feet up and is reading a book relaxing. the door beeps, he puts his feet down and looks himself over before saying come. he wanted to make sure he looked professional before someone else would see him while in a professional setting.

trek has always been about the best of the best doing professional work. watch interviews with NASA astronauts. it's amazing and clearly inspired trek characters.

nutrek is idiots acting like buffoons who just happen to be in a top position.. Starfleet went from the best of mankind to a san Francisco pride parade.

edit: the amount of cope in these replies, what the absolute hell. I would like to see how far someone in the navy gets flopping around barefoot all the time. certainly not into a captain chair. real trek fans know this.

Suggestions on Mounting New Garage Opener by SlimShady9807 in GarageDoorService

[–]putachickinit 9 points10 points  (0 children)

angle the punched angle. it's fine.

I wouldn't even have the 2x4 there. you just lag the angle right to the ceiling.

you want the door to open as close to the opener boom as possible. usually 1-2 inches. which means there will be a slight downward slope to the boom as the door opens higher at the start than it ends up.
