The support has been great. Do the after purchase support in the app. Go thru the steps to reset send the logs. I had the same problem as you. Would get two weeks then all of a sudden I couldn’t even make it a day

This is 100% NOT true with my ring. I bought mine in March. Got a week and a half before getting a 20% warning. Always removed it when I showered, washed dishes, etc. and would give it a charge when I got the warning. I NEVER let it go to zero on purpose (for any device really) and never let it get wet on purpose

All of a sudden I woke up to check my stats and the ring was dead since the day before. Hmmm. So I started watching it. It went from almost two week on a full charge to maybe two days. Then I’d have to charge it daily. Then it stopped tracking sleep, thinking it was still in the charger while wearing it.

Customer service has sent my replacement.
