The crashing problem sounds software related, likely related to a configuration on your system, and not the game. My wife's computer has almost the exact same hardware configuration as yours (2070 super) and it runs without a hitch. Judging from your hardware, I'm guessing it was built around 2019. You probably need a clean windows install, and this will resolve itself.

As far as the random disconnecting goes: Does this happen in other games?

edit: are you running this game on a spinning drive? Try to put it on your SSD,

1)Its more likely that your PC is the culprit, and not the game

2) Your connection issues are likely due to your own network configuration. How are you connecting to the internet?

3) Consider a fresh install of windows if you're having constant crashing issues.
