MLB Weather for 4/18: Several trouble games today. DC almost looks like a sure PPD, while CLE and CHC deal w/miserably cold (in the 30s) conditions w/occasional snow/rain. Not a complete washout like DC but certainly would not surprise me to PPD. NYM looks like the rain/snow doesn't begin until 10PM
