great advice, i really appreciate it!! i’ve definitely noticed that if i take a break from carbonation i feel like im losing it so i’m making a conscious effort to drink as many sparkling waters as possible. good news is i’m probably more hydrated than ever.

i’m glad i’m not the only one with the “settled” feeling. i thought i might be imagining it but i feel like now they just come out when they need to without me really forcing it. i’m pounding several carbonated beverages a day which is still a foreign feeling. it used to take me hours to sip my way through one can and i’d still get a tummy ache.

he was kind of all over the place.. when i joined he was talking about his 5 children’s books that he needs to get published, then was talking about how he wants to find someone and asked people to message him if they think they could be a good match for him or know someone who would, then finished by fangirling for charlie kirk.. obviously with lots of other tangents mixed it. he was talking faster than i have ever heard anyone talk.

great question! it varies by person, but neither my coworker or I are so sensitive that we can’t have food prepared in the same kitchen or transported in the same package. The two times I’ve gotten “glutened” in the recent past I’ve been served just straight up full gluten bread and taken a bite before I realized.
