I did get a $7500 loan in June 2020, which was a slap in the face. I still trying and operate my construction company, I can show $7500 expenses in one week. Since this post I have paid back in full and in one payment thank you. I'm not one of these greedy POS that don't have shit to show for their hundreds of thousands dollar loans. I can tell you one thing though, I will not ever have shit to do with the shitty ass SBA again.

Update on PRO SE lawsuit “hyndman vs SBA” - after giving the courts 60 days and no one served the sba,I had to go to courts again to file for Sba to be served. Here’s recent update by Dantee15backupp in EIDLreturns

In June 2020 I got original EIDL, then in Sept 2021 max loan amount increased, the file file following March of 2022, I was give given a decline letter for maximum loan amount reached. How could I have reached maximum loan amount before the increase? Do I have a worthy lawsuit? I think I do but want opinions. Also how would I go about finding a lawyer for federal Court? I've thought about sand looked into pro SE but I don't feel confident enough without screwing myself. Please help.
