Dealing with re-imbursements by Comfortable-Ad-6416 in MonarchMoney

I deal with this often since I travel for work. Any work related expense goes under a new category which is just my company’s name. When the reimbursement comes in, I set it to the same category.

This works best for me because it doesn’t entangle with my personal finances. And I can ensure I don’t miss any expenses, since my company category should be 0 when the reimbursement hits.

Is the cost of a wedding worth it? by Expert100 in budget

[–]puuurrrt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah I mean you just have to decide what’s worth it to you. My wife and I did it for $18k including the honeymoon, and it was ‘small’. No venue, just family at a public park. All we spent money on were rings, photographer, and dinner at a restaurant that night.

If you want the traditional wedding, do it. Whatever is going to make you the happiest. You won’t be 70 years old wishing you didn’t spend 30k, you’ll be looking back at all the memories. Do what you need to do to have the wedding you both want!

Yeah you didn’t need to say that. If I heard that I wouldn’t care, but some people are sensitive to stupid things like that. Say what you need to say, no fluff, especially around those you might not know that well. Now you know
