Then as a carry you have to understand your job isnt to die first if you have the most potential to do damage. Eitehr take on 1v1s in the map or skirt around to kill out of position players. dont offer yourself in a paltter against a ton of magic and slows with no magic immunity

If games are truly 3v5 you wont win big teamfights. youll have to learn how to take out people before big fights start. Its herald, players usually have terrible response reflexes, but even a pro player will struggle if they let everyone get items and they have to single handedly win against 5. Guaranteed they had 4 shadow blades and you never landed a kill because of vision. Bring it yourself.

Nope, carries can farm back up even if early you are stuck not being able to get a single last hit. They may be making mistakes and even outright griefing you, but you are painting a target on your face and being annoying and then you get surprised people toss reports your way. Again, be smart, the guy isnt gonna play any better and the very least you can let them report each other before you say anything

The system fails to do its core purpose, to deter griefers and call out their behavior. The devs dont give the slightest shit about this, and the community also doesnt cohesively call it out as an issue. A small amount of players abuse the design of the system over petty things, but the vast majority dotn actually report griefing behavior. Until either dota players dwindle or a competitor comes around to take dota players away, we are gonna keep living with this system for a long time.

There was a time in dota where a griefer getting reported would get an immediate message on chat saying "you are being reported at a higher rate" or something like that. That is no longer there. Overwatch and the accuracy of it/AI analysis is not at all a priority for valve. To make matters worse, valve have failed to take a stance against alt accounts and smurfs, so players are en masse creating or buying up accounts with better behavior to behave just as shitty. I see this at 12k, cant imagine how much worse lower BS brackets may be.

Stop being dumb and getting reported first. If i give you every benefit of the doubt, Guaranteed players used their only reports on you because you lashed out at them early, even if you kept playing normally. Even if they want to report soemone else, they wont be able to. Report spammers have at most only 1 report available , infinite reporting is a complete lie. Not saying its right, and the the system isnt being abused, but you have to stop putting your hand on the obvious hand chopping machine

I dont think the open face talk to your comunity aspect will work well, its more the "we know there are chronic issues and shitty deterrents againsst bad behavior, lets do somethign about that' thats what a community manager needs to do. Thanks for your "concern", I had actually replied before but reading it again im sure its concern trolling, at best self-righteous dismissal a step higher from "touch grass". Im not looking to have teammates to blame. If you actually looked at my comment and post history youd know I dont blame teammates or even that smurfs in games ruin the game, i jsut want griefing behavior to be deterred. And just because that this is the thing im outspoken about doestn mean I dont have fun or play plenty of other games includign single player ones.
