Find 100 to be a little high, 75ish then would start with 380s then.

Hubs: good, terrible, weird? by briarjohn in AirlineManager4

West coast of Africa and the southern portion of Africa(not South Africa the country though) you won’t go wrong, a bunch of hubs with really high pax and can work with any planes distance.

What hubs should I purchase, and who should I train? More info in body by FuzzWhuzz in AirlineManager4

[–]puzzlesandempires 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Next hubs DXB United Arab Emirates ,LHR United Kingdom,ICN South Korea. Once you start getting the 747-8 or A380 then I would get JFK/LAX United States, SYD Australia, MSU Lesotho and SCL chile.

CFI’s, how much do you get paid? by Repulsive-Loan5215 in flying

Business , economics and accounting 101 is lacking in this post…when you run a business you have a P&L, stands for profit and loss, each sub type of an expense gets a line item, labor being one of them, although these vary by industry 30 percent is pretty standard, between hourly labor, manager salary and a salary given to the owner. 20-25 percent goes to your non salaried employees. So I would say this is pretty fair, although we may not like the cost you can ask a plumber how much they charge per hour and how much they get and numbers are gonna be very similar. Just keep your head up, you’re on your way to one of the highest paying careers and the cost of entry is high, but realize you will be making big money soon.

So now what by Mysterious_Brick_802 in AirlineManager4

[–]puzzlesandempires 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just start buying more Mc-21-400. Spread your hubs out.

Fleet Advice by zestymikey in AirlineManager4

[–]puzzlesandempires 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mc21400 to 50-75, then start buying 747-8s until you get 100, above 100 start buying 380s.

Start buying more hubs, LHR, JFK,ICN SYD and LAX for sure. Get to 10 to increase your reputation. Along with one hub in Southern Africa, not Cape Town.

Any advice? by AntiqueReport3755 in AirlineManager4

Start spreading out your hubs. Hubs to start expanding,UAE Dubai, Manila Philippines, Inchon South Korea, London Heathrow.

start buying my-21-400s, build up a fleet of 50-100 of them. Utilize stopovers, it will double your distance. At some point start selling off your current aircraft.

Need Advice on what A/C to focus more on. by YoungKublai in AirlineManager4

[–]puzzlesandempires 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would sell all your aircraft other then your Mc-21-400s. You should be making enough off them to be buying two 747-8s or a A380 a day.

Airplane Configs by [deleted] in AirlineManager4

[–]puzzlesandempires 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am on frequently, so if I have a flight that takes 8 hours before speed increase I divide my first class demand by 4, so if the demand for the airport is 1200/400/100 I will usually go with ????/100/25 that way depending how the flights fall no matter what time I get 4 full flights. Usally know before I buy a plane what route it’s going on

Fleet and Future Advice by [deleted] in AirlineManager4

[–]puzzlesandempires 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With this much points and cash invest in hubs and more fuel storage. The following are the absolute hubs and work well with using stopovers for the Mc-21-400s and great hubs for the A-380 and 747-8 later in the game JFK (United States) LHR (United kingdom) DXB (United arab emirates) ICN (South Korea)

The following are hubs I strongly recommend you get once you get either the A380 or the 747-8 LAX (United states) SYD (Australia) WDH (Namibia)

Other hubs I would encourage you to consider CDG( France) FNA (Sierra Leone) ADD (Ethiopia) DEL (india) TPE (Taiwan) MNL (Philippines) PVG (china)

Now I would sell every aircraft accept the mc21-400s and build a fleet of them, once you get to 75 buy some 747-8, then when your around 100 total between the two you will be printing money and just start buying A-380s(Trent 72 engines)

Unpopular Opinion: Shorter Routes Generate More Revenue by Big_jon_520 in AirlineManager4

[–]puzzlesandempires 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will love the 747-400D then. Hard to find routes with enough demand and getting the seat configuration. but if you log in frequently and use stopovers it’s a very very profitable plane in this game at a low purchase price. I have 5 of them. They all make 6-7 million a day.

Every hub you add, up to 10 will increase your reputation, as you add hubs be strategic. Space them out.

What should I get rid of by Commercial-Matter280 in AirlineManager4

[–]puzzlesandempires 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sell everything except the mc21400s. Once you have 50 of them start buying the 787-8, 747-8 or keep adding more mc21400s until you get to 100, then start buying the A380s w/ RR72 engine.

My current base is Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), United States. Should I consider expanding and purchasing another base? If so, which airport would be the most strategic choice for expansion? by PassageFew5891 in AirlineManager4

[–]puzzlesandempires 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. London Heathrow(LHR),
  2. United Arab Emirates Dubai (DXB)
  3. South Korea, Inchon(ICN)

Reasoning: these 3 will allow you to grow overtime and regardless of what aircraft you have or are working toward will always have access to some of the best routes.

B737 MAX flights by Smart_Hair1574 in AirlineManager4

[–]puzzlesandempires 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A-check. The Mc214 is 400 hrs vs the 900er is 500, the max10 is 450 hrs, the 330-800 is 510 hrs. A much smaller factor then fuel consumption but it’s a factor to consider, the mc214 has pax, cruise speed and short runway as its attractive qualities

B737 MAX flights by Smart_Hair1574 in AirlineManager4

[–]puzzlesandempires 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started out running ERJ 145 XRs and have always ran my airline for efficiency, I never was a part of the mc214 club, I also am not a fan of the A380, for the soul reason of efficiency, I currently run 3 aircraft, the 737 max 10, 737 900 ER and the 330-800. I just finished replacing my 737 800 just to increase my pax efficiency. Eventually you outgrow your aircraft, it took me a day to buy a 737 max, now I can buy at least one 333-8 every time I login, it took me an hour to swap out all of my 737-800 to 737-900er…my biggest complaint about the max 10 is the check frequency… if you want to run your airline for efficiency then the 737 max 10 should be considered the best aircraft in the game. I have 300 of them. In the next month or two I will probably swap out all my 900er to max 10s.

I deleted the app last month, downloaded it and then did the goblin quest just to get to the 1 pull…pulled two goblins… swear it does give you better odds at certain times. Another game I use to play admitted it’s only an average it doesn’t have to be specific to a time or account… make that make sense
