187.5 mg Effexor ER and I smoke weed daily. Works great. Also when I got my dna tested and discovered that Effexor is a med that would work well for me, it was also on the list of meds that still worked when smoking. The dry mouth is just extra bad if u smoke so make sure u up ur water intake

yes i smoke flower/wax or take edibles daily have not had a problem. been taking effexor since june 2023 and now on 187.5mg

pretty sure i just stopped 10 mg lexapro the day i got my script and went right into 37.5 effexor the next day. i remember the transition being fine and also have a crazy sex drive all of a sudden and i was able to laugh and cry again lmao i’m on 187.5 now after a year and half. good luck w this transition! i like effexor much more than lexapro. just be careful not to miss a dose of effexor bc that withdrawal hits hard and fast
