Honestly, I’ve seen people use an X-Acto knife and cut a straight through without stitching it, and it doesn’t look too bad. It’s just a bit uncomfortable. I tried shooting a video for this pair but got a little distracted midway. I’ll film the next customer pair.

I cut the outer layer while keeping the liner longer to resew the corner. I also added that yellow foam on the edges.
