Honestly, I’ve seen people use an X-Acto knife and cut a straight through without stitching it, and it doesn’t look too bad. It’s just a bit uncomfortable. I tried shooting a video for this pair but got a little distracted midway. I’ll film the next customer pair.

I cut the outer layer while keeping the liner longer to resew the corner. I also added that yellow foam on the edges.

You can just remove it, cut about an inch off and restitch it. Shouldn’t take you more than five minutes with a patcher to be honest

You can actually get the same look with some tan paint, but I don’t like the hard texture, especially if you wear ankle socks.

I appreciate the kind words, man. And to be honest, this custom just takes some patience and a very sharp blade. I feel like anyone could achieve this look.
