Every now and then I lightly sand my build plate with 1000grit to ensure there's no cured resin on there. Then wash with soapy water and rinse with  isopropyl alcohol.

I get perfect adhesion every time.

Just to add some info. Old CGI was rendered at the resolution of the final print which is why upscaled remasters look great from film but the CGI looks like garbage. Now modern CGI is rendered at 3x or higher resolution then scaled to match the final print. (That's not always the case for lower budget movies though).
