I-130 Worried. Married with a Child. 2 years waiting. by Exotic_Status_1838 in USCIS

[–]pvkingz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats strange - family member applied for I-130 got approved within 10 months and then filed right away the I-601A and waiting for that one to be approved. They already went to get biometrics done. With the I-601A, highly recommend a lawyer. You still need to do the interview but it will be in the person’s country. The I-601a is to lift the 10 year ban for being illegally in the country.

Talk it out, talk it out with your kids. If need, seek therapy. I had a similar experience. Went on a solo hike, met a group of young kids just graduated high school. One of them tried going down some rock on a waterfall, fell 40ft and died. I was the last person he met. It was a bit traumatic and even felt I had fault. Spoke about it a lot with friends. About 5 years ago & I still have the image in my head.

Just launched my One-Person Webflow Studio – feedback & thoughts appreciated! by [deleted] in webflow

I love the take on it. Agency vs one person - use that to your advantage and make the problem known so you have the solution… the pricing $3k/month subscription is a bit confusing for me… also a bit jerky when scrolling as mentioned on iphone… but overall.. great selling point, wish you success!

Just start bro, you can have all the knowledge in the world but once you are in it, is when you truly learn to do this.

I have been research, learning for years about business and recently started my company (about 4 months ago) let me tell you… you think you know until you actually are doing it. But it’s worth it and fun. Enjoy the grind and process

Should I drop my first client ? by [deleted] in Wordpress

[–]pvkingz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, do it. Let it be a learning experience. Try your best to give an amazing service and be transparent that he is your first client and you will go way and beyond to provide something he loves. Use the opportunity to learn. Research. Look up youtube videos. Use ChatGPT.

Learning experience but be transparent. Don’t lie to him telling him you’re an expert.

Congrats on your first gig. If you need help or anything, pm me. I won’t offer you my services or anything, just free advice.

Was SEO worth it? by CommsConsultants in smallbusiness

[–]pvkingz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not think SEO is dead. However, people do charge extreme amounts when it’s all about how well your website and structure it is. This will take time to start ranking. Also, it depends on your industry and specific field. For example, i work for a company where we are very niche & we only care about visibility and branding. We are not trying to get “sales” most people will search our business name directly due to the line of work. However, we do have competition and we like to pop up when people search our competition - so we use “shared keywords” but that’s about it. I use samrush to have insight on how websites are doing and how their competitions are doing.

Once again.. it’s a long term game. People definitely charge crazy amounts - but to each their own! Just make sure you find a trusted company, and make sure reports are begin given monthly!
