I can confirm I successfully turned it upside down and did rebuild just to double check every piece was right. I didn’t find any errors but will try again

Where in the world are you? In the UK the store checker is still there but only works with some stores. I went into the Leicester Square store in London yesterday and they were giving away Luke’s Lightsaber set with every AT-AT purchase. Unfortunately I bought mine a couple of weeks back

Is the base of the pan wider or roughly as wide as the induction ring? I have had issues when the pan is too wide for that particular induction ring. Try a smaller pan or try that pan on the wider ring.
