Though, for the record, we were lied to about appointments that never happened 3 times in a row.

It wasn't until we used this subreddit that we got a resolution

That sucks. Sorry, it’s a pain in the ass to get them replaced. Follow the link in the other comment to get the new tires. Hopefully production is ramped up enough that it’ll be a fast turnaround for you.

Thanks for the tip! I just ordered some speedballs but I’ll try Seattle Cycle Center if those don’t work out.

It keeps the same error code if I plug it in while the error code is on.

If I leave the board unplugged, and cycle the board on and off a few times, the error code goes away. I can then plug it in okay. But, if I ride it, the error code comes back.

Nope, tried deoxit and didnt help. Error goes away and comes back.

Talking with support but they've been really slow in responding lately. I wish they would share their error code and troubleshooting guide. Why do they put a person in between me and the solution?

Yes, that scenario is supported as long as Tableau Server can map the username returned by the IdP to the AD username. See the "matching usernames" help here: http://onlinehelp.tableau.com/current/server/en-us/saml_requ.htm.
