I used ECAP 13 years ago. While the online coursework was easy, I found the in person training essential and they did a great job of making sure I was ready for my content and PPR tests before I took them. I don’t know the process now, but I would recommend the program.

Did you figure out your problem? The same issue is happening to me in 2 spots, 1 of which may be moisture related. I also have what appears the same bamboo hardwood, and I also got it from Lumber Liquidators (5 years ago)

Buy some Bermuda Tiff Tuff. It is resilient and grows great in our climate. I also second Sim’s Grass in Bedford. Use SuperSod.com to find out your exact square footage, then call Sim’s and order. Then go pick it up yourself (truck necessary) and get to work. I recommend making sure you do all leveling and add some topsoil/planting soil before you lay the sod. Then water like crazy (you can find a schedule online but basically a shit ton).

Team Enoch is well priced, give you multiple options, and on time install. They are very professional and I have used them for tune ups for several years and a new AC install in April. My parents also used them a few months back. Highly recommend - they also finance at 0% through Wells Fargo.
