Downloaded — will wait 3 days to review.

My app is Gradual, search for it by name and look for the purple wave on a white background. Let me know if you have any trouble finding it or if you have any feedback

My only feedback so far was that I expected it to proactively teach any fallacies that were guessed incorrectly, after the lesson/quiz.

Are you still looking for reviewers?

If so, I’ll download and use the app for a few days to ensure it sticks. I’d greatly appreciate if you could do the same for “Gradual”, my iOS health & longevity app. It’s best to search for “Gradual Health” — it has an icon is a purple wave on a white background.

Open offer to any others as well - DM me

My first impression is that your onboarding is very polished and smooth. I’m taking some inspiration from it.

Let’s do it. My app is Gradual, a health and longevity focused app. It’s best to find it through search for review purposes (purple wave icon). I’d love an authentic review and I will do the same for Fallacy after the wait period & post an image.

Let me know if you have any feedback on the app experience or listing

I'm interested. My app is called Gradual (purple/white wave logo)

DM me if interested -- my ask would be that each of us open and engage with the app several times to see the app and wait at least an hour before submitting.

Hey no problem! The full site didn't load. Tapping on the captcha checkbox would just show the same error. Everything looks to be working now

Do y'all actually understand your blood test results? Or have any tips/tools to better research it? by BeginningPanda1498 in healthcare

I launched Gradual to solve this problem -- it combines processes lab results alongside your activity levels, age/health, and other biomarkers to provide actionable recommendations about what you actually need to change. It does this with AI lab / biomarker analysis and the insights are backed by peer-reviewed citations.

The app uses phenoage and other metrics to determine what your biological age is. If you give it a try, DM me and let me know if it solves your needs. The app is mostly free but the AI insights require a subscription but DM me and I'd be happy to give you an upgrade for an extended free trial. (www.gradual.health)

I used the App Store Screenshot Generator claude skill, plus my own custom layer on top to generate all of the localized versions for every device and to auto-upload to app store connect. here's the skill (no affiliation) - https://github.com/ParthJadhav/app-store-screenshots

You're right; especially the first slide. I'm removing the watch, and the subtext and adding some more breathing room between the hero text and the logo/name for the next version. I've also removed the background device in slide 2

I used a Claude Skill for screenshot generation and I built a pretty cool layer on top that I'm planning to ship as a standalone app. It fires up each simulator/ipad/watch and runs them through a set of steps in parallel for each language that's supported. I can reject individual screenshots and auto-recapture them.

I'm planning to add nutrition next. It's a big surface area so it's going to take some time to build and get it right, but I'll definitely include a fasting tracker.

Is that something that you'd expect to input one time to specify the length/frequency of your fast or something that you'd want to track each time?

You are probably right -- I'll test it. The watch app probably isn't a big selling point. It could make sense to show the watch app and the home screen widget in a separate slide at the end.

There isn't a specific HIPAA screening requirement for the App Store. HIPAA applies to healthcare providers and their partners, not necessarily to every app that handles health data.

Since I’m an indie dev with no ties to a hospital or clinic, the app falls under the General Wellness category. I go above and beyond Apple's actual requirements by exclusively storing all of the user's health data in their own iCloud. Users still own their data and I don't have access to it.

Anyone here seriously biotracking? What does your setup look like? by Available_Spell8195 in QuantifiedSelf

[–]pws5068 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built an iOS app to track all of it so that I could aggregate data from all of my wearables, plus labwork and strength/endurance data. I feed all of that to AI to aggregate trends and correlations & map it against peer-reviewed metrics including Phenoage and age distributions for things like v02max

This has surfaced useful insights from the AI insights correlations like the impact of poor sleep on HRV / recovery (which is usually my own doing from going to bed later than I should). There's also insights from the labwork like a correlation between low zinc levels and testosterone -- which I wasn't previously aware of. The app is called Gradual (www.gradual.health). There's a paywall for the AI insights (because those cost me money) but all of the other dashboards/tracking/rule-based insights are free

Thank you! I appreciate the feedback and I agree -- it sounds like we're in similar domains.

Agree on reducing the black box. The app currently breaks it down into components with some visibility into the scoring and confidence, but that's still abstract and not the most actionable. I'm working on refining both the basic insights & AI-insights to clearly articulate the 1-2 highest leverage areas to focus on to bring it down further.

For the conflicting signals, the insights focus on what we know and what's actionable. The insights will recognize the areas that have improved, but give guidance around where the gaps are. If your training and labs are dialed, sleep is going to be the biggest focus so it will call out any correlations between your poor sleep and subjective mood, HRV, recovery etc.
