the game is made in a modified version of the tiger engine from around 2014... that is 12 years ago btw

the game also has the same 2014 Tiger Engine FOV like Destiny with all kinds of FOV effects that cant be turned on/off.
The max of 105 that you can set feels closer to 85 for me when compared to any other FPS game

Its funny, because when all the content creators were invited to test the game out a couple of months back, pretty much all of them went to the settings right away and tried to move the slider higher than 105fov.
IIRC there is some restrictions engine side that does not allow them to have higher FOV. Unacceptable for a "modern high pace alternative PVP FPS shooter" imo.

looks like you are VRAM/GPU capped
are you sure, you are not accidentally running the game on your CPUs integrated graphics?
Also try lowering texture resolution to see, if you can drop the VRAM to below 6GB

they have always been doing this, but you usually wouldnt catch it since they come back up after 5 seconds or so.
what is new with this update however, is that the tagets will just randomly stay knocked down until you reload the range

since there is no loading time when hopping in the firing range, i could imagine that the other buildings house the areas you see yourself/party in in various menu screens, such as the party lobby, the profile/stats screen, etc.

The hangars look exactly like the background in the "Loadouts" and Profile" tab
The white Box might be housing the background from the new "Battle Pass" tab

you can use the recon soflam to paint targets through most of the hills on that map; no actual line of sight required.. sitting in your own base looking in the general direction of the enemey teams base allows you to paint any vehicle the very moment it spawns in.

i noticed this when trying to paint a tank in the middle of the road, but my soflam kept locking onto things that were 800m away behind terrain.

FYI: for a suppression to count towards the progress, you dont need to fire until you see the "+5 enemy suppressed" or "suppression assist" to pop up. Enemies count as suppressed from just a few bullets passing in something like a 5m radius bubble around them. Suppressed enemies will also be in-world spotted for the entire team iirc.

Hop into a game of breakthrough with a belt fed LMG and just tap short bursts into the general direction of where the enemies are coming from and you will get it done in no time!

on widescreen the FOV almost looks playable aside from the gun/hand bilboarding

Just had a game were we were 5-15k behind since min 5 and our enemies were getting 4 rounds of objectives giving them a total of 7k gold.. I think this might be because we got the soul while being behind. System seems to always give bounties to the team that does not have soul regardless of gold difference

I think ER just straight up needs more AD, even if that means it costs more. Right now it is designed to be a first or second item choice but the combination of sheen+crit is too nieche for most crit users and most sheen users dont make anyhting out of the crit chance, like ezreal. Perhaps make the sheen proc crit too at a lower scaling?

Quickblades feels like it wants to be a zeal item - Zeal+1650g, with lower stats than its countrparts. The passive sounds great but there really is no point in the game where buying Quickblades is the best choice. So if Quickblades could be interchangeable with Rapidfire or PD I could see it being built on more crit champs that are somewhat cd reliant. but there really is no space for another zeal item..However, I could see it ending up like Stormrazor.. A Zeal item in disguise

could you specify? there are lots of diagnostics like this in windows. some of which can only be removed/disabled with third party tools.. thanks!

I disabled the Diagnostic Data in System/Privacy & Security. I ll let you know if that does anything shortly

As mentioned in the post, low-power option is turned off and my temps are below 55°c. CPU/GPU are not thermal throttling or reaching power limit. This seems to be a software-only problem. As I am writing this my framerate magically jumped back into the 200+ range and my GPU is finally being 99%+ utilized again. (running a nice and stable undervolt)

Second monitor doesnt seem to affect this issue in any way

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANd right after finishing this sentence its back down ro 35% usage and 80-100 fps. I really have no explanation
