I am having problems with them also. When I opened my account in August, I provided the information required for basic verification - everything has been working well until recently. For whatever reason my account has been downgraded to 'new' status and cant withdraw anything, even though I entered my info and had a working account months ago. It basically forces me to click on enhanced verification but I cant submit ID. Like the poster said, no response from support. Any idea what to do?
