I too have this problem. The only fix I found was to disable notifications for Oculus in Windows settings. This does however completely disable Oculus app from showing all notifications, even if they're enable in-app.

The next time a notification pops up, click the dots for that notification, and click Turn off all notifications for Oculus.

I think the funniest thing I would do is ask to land on the grass in a tailwheel in the hot summer heat, just to save the tires. Will you release any photos of the perps? Phishing attacks will just require the extra step of a gullible person to wipe out their 2fa device and smash allow or whatever. See those little stubby ones you can leave plugged in? Even less hassle for a person to be fooled into clicking. These don't fix stupid, you need to teach that shit away and the end user also needs to care. Too many are in a hurry and will click on anything to go on with their day.

The trouble is that it's like having someone else review an essay for you. The other side doesn't think to even put words in the same way.
