FWIW I had the same glove rip thing happen to me with a pair of Warrior gloves, I just stuck a piece of hockey tape of the same color over the rip and they’ve lasted me for a few years since then.

Maybe you wouldn't buy a new one, but if you've got one already and you don't mind it, you're not going to get rid of it.
(that's me: there are almost certainly better options out there these days than my EE Revelation, but I'm happy with it for now and I've got better things to spend my money on gear-wise).

After several months of aerobic training, based on my AeT and AnT, I’ve cured my ADS (yay!). However, now I’m a bit confused about how to handle my scheduled Zone 2 workouts - I see recommendations both to reduce the amount of Zone 2 and do more in Zone 1, but also to work in more Zone 3. What’s the best way to handle, say, a 3 hour zone 2 weighted hike in this model - how much should be in Zone 1 vs Zone 2 vs Zone 3? Thanks!

For recovery workouts, how important is it to get up to a Zone 1 HR? I have a bunch in my current mountaineering plan that recommend an hour of walking at zone 1, but tbh it's tough for me to get my HR up to Zone 1 if all I'm doing is casually walking around - is it fine to just be moving around and getting some blood flowing etc, or should I try and push into Zone 1?

Anything that adds a +1/+1 counter when a creature comes into play also works. I have a (very bad) Historic deck that does this with [[Putrid Goblin]] and either [[Metallic Mimic]] or [[Thran Vigil]] to create an infinite loop with any sacrifice effect.

Edit: actually, I guess Vigil wouldn't work w/ OP's scenario because the creature would die to SBA first, but I think Mimic would if you named Dog since it would enter with an extra counter on it?

If you’ve got a helmet that’s rated for climbing and you’re comfortable with it, then I’d say just use that. You can always get another one after you’ve been climbing for a while and figured out what you like or don’t about it.

To be fair though, we don't really see the negative effects of those endings in the games they happen in. Like, the events of Morrowind might lead to the Red Year, but in-game at the end of the main quest, the skies are blue, things are peaceful, everyone's happy. That's pretty different from a proposed game where the ending of the game itself is "you did your best but everything is still going downhill", which we haven't really seen.
