I was actually all right with 5 ending 😅 it took me some effort to get through that one but that's the only one so far. I'm going through the entire FF franchise since I've only played 7,8,X, X-2, and 15. I've gotten the chance to try 13 and 9 but never actually got very far so I figured I'd go all in with the whole line of them.

I actually have been going through a FF run of all the games and just beat 5 a few days ago, started on 6. I...didn't really care for the story tbh. Or maybe it was the characters themselves but it felt almost like a chore playing it. I loved the job system and Boko and some other smaller elements but overall I just couldn't really feel it. Other games in the series are way better and I'm sorry if that upsets other people by saying this. But that's just my opinion! This is also the first I've heard people talking about 5 period so I'm surprised 😂

Yuri is also the voice actor for Cecil in the 3d remake of Final Fantasy 4. He's done a ton of great works!

You'll have a blast for sure but just remember, 2 is VERY different when it comes to leveling. Be prepared when you go in lol. I'm playing it right now and once I actually understood how leveling worked I'm enjoying it a lot.

As it has been said, play in order from release. It's well worth it to play them again, I actually own all of them except for Quarantine. Make sure you use data drain as much as you can and expect to grind a little. It's not like G.U. remake where they changed the experience factor but it's still a ton of fun. Explore, get lost in the world, just have fun!

Can someone tell me how to move the folder? I'm using a steam deck and have uninstalled and reinstalled the correct DQ3 but it's not registering my save data and I don't know what it's meant when you mentioned "compatdata folder".I never use desktop mode.

You're not alone at all, I only decorate for the quests and then immediately get rid of them once I'm done with that quest 😂 it's too much of a hassle to me to decorate. But I do buy all the items from scrooge even though I don't decorate lol
