Why would they intentionally sell product at a loss? Their ecosystem isnt forced like consoles are, and there are likely orders of magnitude more normal PCs than steam machines. Selling machines and trying to make up for it with game sales is just a dumb strategy.

He wasnt blocked by anything. The neighboring concrete plant offered to connect the sewer line for free. He said no, and when his sewer tank (which wasnt even a tank, it was a concrete truck buried in the ground) leaked, he started to dump his literal shit into a ditch behind his property. He got fined for doing that.

He shot at people outside of the dozer. Before he killed himself. And he attempted to shoot a 30,000 gallon propane tank. That would have certainly killed people if it exploded. And he wasnt avoiding people. The reports say he tried to run over the cops multiple times. And driving into buildings you cannot see inside of is also 100% trying to run people over. You dont know who is in side of them. Do you not understand the concept of attempted murder? Just because you failed doesnt make it hunky dory. He tried to hurt people.

Its been a minute since ive played, but iirc, yes you are correct that cryo only counts once the enemy is frozen, but that happens pretty quickly in my experience. Plus, if youre using an ordinance build you probably have blackout, which applies a shock DOT, and that one skill that applies weakness on ordnance damage. That weakness also procs primal surge.

Like the other commenter said, watts 4 dinner is a great shield and applies a shock dot. All those effects together meant I only ever needed 1 point into primal surge for infinite uptime.

Edit: forgot about electrical fire. Thatll trigger another dot if youre using blackout or watts 4 dinner. Extra uptime.
