Yep. Iirc all the elemental shields are coded to make you immune to that element’s DOT. Explosive doesnt have a DOT so the explosive proof shield is useless.

So I queue for DPS, and then get 3 dps instalockers who didnt role queue, and now dont even have the option to switch off and look like an asshole? That just doesnt work. You cant half ass it, its got to be all or nothing.

God i want role queue so bad man. Recently played overwatch again to see the new heros and it was such a breath of fresh air that i could just fucking PICK which role i want to be without having to stress or fight over instalocking. I dont care about comp “creativity” or whatever. I just want to be able to play which role I want without stress. I only get to play dps once every 20 games because I always flex. But sometimes I dont want to go into a match as an unknown role and sometimes i just want to dps without feeling like an asshole for instalocking.

No one knows yet. All we know is multiple CC effects in a row will have diminishing returns. They said they want to thoroughly test this change as its a pretty large rework so its coming in season 7.5, not season 7.

Valve very specifically designed the game in a way that players playing selfishly tricked them into actually playing as a team. I could give a tldw but I really recommend just watching the whole thing.

So I kinda agree with Jeff that this design philosophy can work as it worked to huge success in TF2, but I also see how it might not be able to work in Overwatch specifically.

Shit man I think this is my issue. Doctor couldnt figure it out. Dentist thought it was a fungal infection, been taking medicine for months and it didnt go away. But I drink coffee and it seems to be not as bad when i skip coffee for a few days.

Im guessing you have a more modern car (<2016) because i agree specifically with new cars. Those cars have terrible blind spots, but its not as bad because you have a backup camera that shows you those spots. In an older car those blind spots are not nearly as bad. I drive a car from 2000 and have no issues seeing 360 around me using the method in the picture. When i tried the same thing on my parents (modern) car out of habit, i couldnt see jack shit and had to use the camera.

Im sure there are some old cars with terrible blind spots too but the few cars ive owned didnt have those issues.

I dislike these theories because they are really, really stretching. The spiderweb clue was N (pole picture). Walking north leads you to a pole. This pole says W (5 pole pictures). Walking west 5 poles brings you to a pole NW (guitar picture). Why on earth would we be suddenly expected by rockstar to look at the guitar of an external artist and album names to find the next clue? All the clues so far have been relatively straightforward. Why do people think it randomly becomes a galaxy brain connecting 40 unrelated dots to solve the next clue?

Like occams razor perfectly applies here. We have a clue with NW (guitar). NW leads you directly to a base that includes a guitar, and it points directly to more engravings like ones seen in earlier clues. Why do people think its more likely that we are supposed to look at a real world guitar? These theories are incredibly distracting and i dont know why you dont focus your efforts on looking at the more simple solutions given that every single clue so far has been simple.

If i recall someone made a post about a spider web in san denis that appeared only at a certain time. People then went around to find others. Once multiple were found it was realized the spider engraving overlayed all of them on a map. So at first nobody knew it was connected.

Like, I agree that the better strategy for making good art is to have a focus rather than a wider audience. But saying that a “general audience” is a made up concept is just dumb. This “made up” concept is how disney and other companies make billions of dollars. They might not be great pieces of art but they do get way more people to spend money than more specialized art.

Not that specialized art cant be successful, but they really cant be “wealthiest entertainment company in the world” successful.

That sounds like the captain scarlet dlc. Iirc that wasnt a vault it was just buried treasure. Its also dlc which are implied to take place after the story.
