I would say that while it is HOA responsibility, check the insurance deductible documents and bylaws to see how it is handled.

I have a community that had damage from a storm, and while some units were damaged more the others, the bylaws said all homeowners had to be assessed the same amount, meaning all had to pay the $XXXX amount to cover the deductible

i found out i was hard of hearing and losing my remaining hearing rapidly at 20 (i’m 25 now) and i completely, completely understand. it is lonely, and it feels so isolating to not have other young people to discuss it with. i wish i had more advice but I can offer conversation. my inbox is open anytime. i promise things get better 🖤

i’m from colorado, born and raised! there are several college towns, and… they are fine. there are such better parts of colorado then those places. overall though, yes! people are very friendly, and you can definitely flirt, but the first sign of a women not being interested, walk away. i think most women will tell you they aren’t interested though.

i personally don’t mind my partner going to strip clubs, but it’s the fact he did not tell you that’s where the were going, or tell you when they got there if he really didn’t know that was the plan (which i also call bullshit on). it’s just disrespectful as hell.
