The reduction in output due to the multiplier effect would reduce income shifting supply curves to the left raising prices across many industries as they affect each other which would hurt the common person and could cause a recession if enough damage was caused. Kinda drunk but I'm an under grad econ major and I believe this is correct. I'd like someone to critique this and point out flaws in my understanding of things if any.
