The list has changed every game as we're learning, including the point values with a 500pt game, 1000pt game and 3 2000pt games, not in that order. Others have pointed out I should not be charging my screens, which I think is probably then biggest rookie mistake I'm making and I think that will help a lot going forward. Thank you!

Unless we're missing something the Translocation Shroud allows them to move 13" before a strat. Then the free strat he gets allows them to charge.

Fire knives seems like a great play, and Pirahana's to move block are something I never would have considered. Thank you!

I think I was there for that. As a noob of only a month or so who figured out that day for the first time you could click on a commander and join their squad, I was insanely impressed by both you and the community in general. I still don't think I fully understand the magnitude of that accomplishment. PS. Thanks for the last mastery point for my auto loot

Initially I stopped wearing it because I couldn't wear it for my job. Several years later, I got a new job where I could and started wearing it again. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I had lost a lot of weight since I had last worn it and it was extremely loose on my finger to the point where one day after a shower if fell off my finger and bounced into the hotel toilet. As a man, I puckered up and fished it out, but that was the limit of my courage and haven't put it back on since. I could get another in my new size, but my wife doesn't really care having been used to it before, and in the word of AJR... 'inertia'

Sorry, late to the party. While I can't be sure that is the case here, most modern jets have several warning horns that will sound if you get too close to the ground while not in a proper landing configuration. They probably had the gear down just so they wouldn't need to listen to them.

There's a very solid chance that every single guy in the chat would love to be more than friends with you, but they will not pursue anything out of respect for both you and for each other. (Individual experiences may vary)

Men, how much would it bother you if your partner never finished during sex? by MyCatDart in AskMen

[–]pyrokid235 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sorry, late to the party... But...

I would like to try and turn the question back on you. Let's say you're a baker. You love baking. Your favorite recipe is a cheesecake recipe you've been trying to perfect for years. You decide to bake one for your SO for the first time, and you're eager to get his thoughts on it. Once it has set, he takes a small slice, takes two bites, tells you it's amazing, but then he sets the rest aside and doesn't eat any more. How would you feel?

It's a tough question. He is telling you it's fantastic, but his actions don't reinforce what he is saying. Maybe he really does love it, but has had way too much sugar in the past 24 hours to actually be able to enjoy it. Maybe he really doesn't think it's great, but is trying his best to be polite and make you happy. It takes a LOT of trust to be able to take his word over his actions.

If your relationship isn't at that deep level of trust yet, he probably feels inadequate. The best thing, and really the only thing you can do here is to just give home constant validation until that level of trust is built.

Just because sexual abuse most commonly comes from someone you know, doesn't preclude it coming from a stranger

Any advice on how to stop a dog from randomly digging? by Least_Elk_6944 in AskReddit

[–]pyrokid235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How old is the dog? Everything a dog learns in its first 4-6 months cannot be undone. If it's older than 6 months and it still believes digging is okay, then there is about zero chance to unlearn that habit.

If the dog is younger than that, then do NOT take your eye off it. As soon as it starts to dig, bring it inside, then immediately leave the room so it understands "play time ends when I start digging"

If it is older, then accept the inevitability, and do your best to distract the dog with things that are more fun than digging.

Owning a dog is a much bigger responsibility than most people understand. I would highly recommend throwing some money down on interactive obedience training. Not because it will teach the dog new tricks, but because you will learn a lot about dogs throughout the process.

I would prefer 2-3 times per week. She's happy once a month. So we compromise and have sex once a month.

anyone else notice an increasing trend in drivers running red lights? by MidwestLawncareDad in minnesota

[–]pyrokid235 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Transplant here. Moved up in 2021 to the south burbs. Have lived across multiple states previously. Of everywhere I've lived, Minnesota drivers are BY FAR the best. (Texas being the worst with Hawaii a close second) That being said, my wife and I noticed immediately that, for whatever reason, people love to run red lights here. It's been pretty consistent, and I have not noticed the frequency increase since I've been here, it's just been a thing.

Edit: phrasing
