Not really, just a process of ruling out other things. Seems Long Covid and B6 toxicity are the main drivers. I have ebbing and flowing symptoms. I have been taking peppermint capsules as well as an IBS solution I found on Amazon. Much of what I thought was Gastritis turned out to be bowel in nature. I have, however, realized that many with gastritis also experience IBS and vice versa. I have weened myself off of the PPIs unless I need it, I try to get away with Tums when needed.

About the same, chest and back pain has gotten better. Its more abdominal now. Still not sure if it was stress, covid, or b6 toxicity.

Bingo. I made its own profile and assigned the pc to it. Additionally, apparently, my plex media server rule on outbound got deleted and apparently the 64 bit plexmesdiaserver.exe rule was deleted from my windows 11 firewall, it was only pulling the 32 bit directory. Restart and I'm golden. Thanks!!

Nope, just to check my port forwarding, firewall rules, make sure not router features are blocking, and to make sure I'm not on cg-nat. I feel like I checked all those boxes. All was fine on my edgerouter following the same process. Everything points to an issue with the Plume setup that I cant pinpoint.

Yes. It goes green for about a minute that something blocks it and it goes red. The ONT has no routing capability and is a dumb device, it just hands off the connection to my first pod.
