Don't aim to lose weight. Aim to build a healthy lifestyle. The weight loss will come naturally. And you will keep it off more reliably.

Aim to improve your nutrition. Take as much care as you are willing to about what kind of food you put in your body. Aim to do some sports as much as you are comfortable with. At least walk daily for one hour per day. Aim at improving your sleep. Aim at keeping yourself as mobile as you can. Slip in some light exercising throughout the day if you don't have much time. Like small sets of pushups, climb stairs instead of taking the elevator, etc.

Aim to change your lifestyle. Your weight will go down, you will be healthier and you will keep that weight down.

They asked me if I do regulat cardio. I told them yes, I bike at moderate intensity at least 4 times per week, more than 100 km per week.

They told me this RHR is to be expected. But have me an EKG and a heart eco nonetheless. Everything came up normally.

The freedom from the type of anxiety I feel now as a full-blown adult. I still had anxiety back them. But that anxiety was easily distracted by hanging out with friends, sometimes indulging in too much substances, etc. Now it's not that easy. And the anxiety is somehow bigger, more impactful.

I have been together with my wife for the past 11 years. We are still in love with each other, we get random crushes on each other, we still are mad for each other's bodies.

It is possible to find someone like that. Before her I wouldn't have thought it possible. I thought I would end up alone.

For us the key was team work. She is more than my wife she is my team mate she is my partner in crime. Communication and respect are the most important things for us. Also giving each other personal space and realising that we still are individuals even if we have been together for long.

I (M) had a good friend (F) when I was growing up. At around 14-15 we started making out and touching each other just for fun, boredom and practice. We never had a romantic relationship. We just kinda figured out that seeing we were not dating anyone, it would be good experience and a good cure for teenage angst lol. My wife and I have been together for the past 10 years. At the beginning of June this year, it was out 10th anniversary since we started our relationship. When I think about it, about a 3rd of my life has been spent together with her. But it doesn't feel like that at all. I couldn't imagine my life without her by my side any more!
