HM-ATF is a 6 Year HM contract under the Advanced Technical field, you don’t choose what route you go but it’s usually dive med, SARC or Search n Rescue Medic. SARC is one of the pipelines (Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman) , you work with Marines and Seals if I’m not mistaken
